Made-to-Order Products

Many Charming Dayz products are handmade and made to order. Because each piece is created specifically for you, production times may vary. Estimated processing and shipping times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the production timeline listed on the product page.

Product Information

We do our best to accurately display and describe our products. Due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of our items, colors, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly from what is shown online.

We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, and images at any time without prior notice.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing, shipping, and contact information provided during checkout is accurate.

Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, Charming Dayz is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
